O recepcionista foi bem acolhedor, chegamos após as 23 horas e ele foi educado, nosso quarto tinha um tamanho ótimo para 4 pessoas, a equipe de limpeza muito boa, a equipe do café da manhã é muito simpática, alegre e solicita! Chuveiro e banheiros bons!!!

Room was clean and had all the amenities that were listed/described. Close proximity to city center and Zurich HB. Originally booked Leonhardstrasse but got switched for Studio Apartment Senior. Nonetheless, hotel room was good and clean.

Everything was good. Except the gym isnt great and laundry is for long term guest. I stayed for 2 weeks and i had to find somewhere else to do laundry. Would of stayed at a hotel if i knew.
