"My stay with this hotel was nothing short of being excellent. I must comment on all the staff,especially the Manager, Erika. She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna.
