"the staff tried to take advantage of me and give me extra charges, hotel was okay, good location but the room wasn't great and the staff was not nice to me"

"Easy to find and great staff. Room with a harbour view was lovely and had alp amenities you would expect. Also a paid minibar/snacks in the room The bedding/pillows aren't great and had major difficulty sleeping because of it, along with the thermostat not being great. Room became very warm on my secind night despite thermostat saying no heating if outside temp is above 12 degrees. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though "

"Perfect location in the center city, good breakfast and delicious restaurant, that does the room service as well. Helpful and friendly staff. Overall excellent experience, definitely recommend!"

"Got a decent rate using Expedia. A lot of rooms are smallish but have very comfortable beds. Not the kind of rooms you want to spend the day in but hopefully you’re not visiting Copenhagen to stay indoors anyway. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is decent. Hotel is in a good location. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Crazy takeout burger joint across the street called Gasoline Grill. Be prepared to line up for that experience. Worth the wait though."

"Enjoyed the views from my room on the 10th floor and picking out local landmarks I enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Beautiful design Ate breakfast every morning and ate in the brasserie one evening Food was excellent One small problem was the staff moving furniture in the area above my room late at night and early the next morning. Raised at reception. Was investigated and staff told not to repeat which is very fair."
