"So, I chose this property while I was on the road, and the room itself was lovely. I also enjoyed that I could walt to the pizza place without trouble. Getting to the property itself was a nightmare. It is not well marked, and I was pretty tired having driven from Nevada. The front desk lady was lovely and very helpful. The hot tub had one working jet. Not ideal. The restaurant was taking 30 minutes to even get acknowledged. (I heard another guest say this, so we skipped). It was also...

"Cute little Hotel. Friendly people in the small community of Palisade. the day we were there they had live music, a food truck and a small bar. It wasfun"

"Location was good and the hotel has a cute outdoor seating area and all the rooms are around it. Neat set up! Parking lot could use some repairs"

"This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last."

"Old wrinkly lady at front when I first arrived gave me attitude that she couldn't find my reservation. Put me off real fast. She changed her tune once she found it. Do your job, and be kind to your customers. Real quickly, I decided I wont be staying there again because of that little experience."

"Very clean, paint in rooms looked fresh-not chipped or dinged. Nice large shower. Staff very friendly."

"The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in."

"The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring."

"No coffee anywhere in the premises. Had to go to the gas station. Staff was not present. Room was clean, but smelled like bleach. No lid on the toilet. Had an irrational fear that I was going to drop something in the toilet. Shower was good."

"Great if you don't mind a no contact check in, smaller rooms but in a great area Grand Junction within walking distance of a lot. Really great rooms that feel much different than your typical corporate chain hotel. Sadly I was not able to visit the attached cocktail lounge that looked excellent."

"The carpet had dust around the edges and corners that had not been cleaned in a long time, hard to even see out windows, landscaping in poor shape and we were on fourth floor with window to backside Property on this side had trash everywhere and pallets strewn about."
