"Not clean. Hair from previous guests all over the bathroom. Shower had no hot water (this was fixed once I contacted the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone was broken). Overall, it was rundown and I feel like I overpaid even though it was the least expensive option available. "

"The pictures do NOT show the true condition of the property. You get what you pay for - room in disrepair, dirt in places there shouldn’t be, front desk staff was not helpful, and the free breakfast was sub-optimal. Gentleman in that space was not helpful, and it was messy. There were also a few questionable guests. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for!!"

"Hotel staff was very helpful and professional. Little disappointed in the breakfast. When I came down to eat, there were no scrambled eggs available, warmer was empty, newly baked biscuits were brought out after asking if any were available. While the hotel is aging, it is well maintained, clean and nice hotel."

"Cockroaches, no amenities, flying ant's, not even a chair to sit on. Had to eat on the beds. There were tables but no chairs. The tops of the headboards were filthy with dust. "

"Breakfast was good. Pet area needs cleaning. Also, i don't understand why the parking pass displayed in the window would not suffice rather than charging the 5 dollar parking fee. In addition I was charged an additional 10 dollar fee for a pet friendly even though we booked one through a third party. The outdated room was carpet square stained and the chair was obviously used as a cat scratching pole."
