The room that we stayed in was large enough for a small family of 4 with separate areas for adults and kids. The addition of washer and dryer is very helpful."

"Suite was very large for Tokyo. Bedroom was small as expected, but there was a sizable living room and 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms and 4 adults. New or recently renovated building provided for an excellent stay. Very close to the train station, about 5 min walk."

"Place has the amenities our small family needs and it on a quiet side street. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free uses of the umbrellas were a plus on raining days!"

Stayed with adults and 3 kids ranging elementary to high school in a junior suite - new and very clean but a little crowded for 5 people. "Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
