"It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home."

"Love this mimaru location, 3 min to Shinsaibashi Shopping district and we can take the stroll all the way to Namba. Close to two subway stations : Shinsaibashi and Nagaboribashi (closer). Wonderful multi-lingual staff, extremely helpful and accommodating. With two young kids, the room is roomy and comfortable. Kids and us had a great time staying at this hotel. I would suggest the hotel have Chromecast for rent or enable some sort of streaming platforms. The TV selection is limited for...

"Good size property with kitchen. Walkable to train station and to Umeda building and the Mall. Family Mart in the street. Lots of eating places within 2 minutes walking distance. Only comment would be shower head in the bathroom is in a funny place. Also instructions to enter property are received by email and meant to be received 2 days before. Had to follow up on the day of arrival. "

"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."
