"The facility was nasty. The rooms had cockroaches in there, floors were so dirty and disgusting. Walls were super thin, can hear everything going on. Couldn’t even get towels when asked. The outside was sooo gross full of dead grass and weeds and nothing but dog poop and pee everywhere. That hotel should be shut down. I had a 3 night stay but stayed first night. We left. Time for hepatitis shot. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, do not stay there. "

"Ended up staying here last minute and so glad we did. It turned a bad trip into a lovely vacation. Lots of room for our dog and plenty of shoreline to run around on. Great bike and walking trail that runs nearby. Space for boats and other recreational vehicles. The staff were all so kind and accommodating and the rooms are clean and well maintained. "

"The budget inn is not luxurious by any means, but I have stayed here multiple times. It is perfectly fine to meet my needs. I've never had any problems with safety, and the guy who runs the place is very nice. He even helped me change a tire on my boat trailer once. I definitely recommend this place"

"The general property condition was very good, not excellent, but very good. My room had a bathtub and the first time I stepped into it, I almost crashed and fell. The tub was extremely slick with not rubber bath matt. I had to hang onto the grab bar the whole time I was taking my shower...NOT an experience I want to repeat. Both the furnished shampoo container and the conditioner containers were empty. The bathtub at the back had a rust spot about the size of a quarter, but that didn't particularly bother me. The next morning I went down to the front desk and they brought up a bath matt (thank God!) and new shampoo and conditioner supplies. The new shampoo worked and the conditioner container would not...I gave up. On the other hand, the breakfast was normal for a motel and the coffee was actually very good. I have stayed at the Best Western down the street in Parker and this is better, just not a lot better if you can get a room on the first floor at the Best Western - they don't have an elevator at the Best Western and the steps are steep!"

"The lobby and breakfast room were updated and clean however the rooms were dirty with old stained furniture. The floors looked like they had never been swept, mopped or vacuumed. They left our feet black. The staff was very stingy in giving out pool towels. We had a party of 6 and they would only give us 2 towels. The rooms were dusty, the microwave filthy. There was popcorn on the floor from previous guests and who knows what else. The cleaning staff did not have any vacuums, just dirty brooms. When we mentioned the filthy floors to the front desk staff they just dismissed us. Said they would send someone to clean but after our 3 day stay we never had anyone come to clean the floors in our room. The hotel had a great location near the London bridge but it was just very dirty"
