"Twin room was larger than I thought it would be. Quite clean. Staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. A couple of evening "concierge" men were rude and not helpful. The morning one was awesome. One more criticism - the shower floor is extremely slippery. My granddaughter slipped and I did also. Grab bars and a textured floor would make them so much safer! Overall, it was a great stay, very very close to everything near Centraal station. "

"The hotel was very modern had big rooms with decent sized bathrooms. The location was an easy 15 walk to the central station. The patio on the water was very nice to enjoy a drink. The only ‘issue’ we had was the elevators were slow. But the was only a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again."

"This was the perfect spot to explore the city. On a quiet street but near the centraal train station. Lots of food options within a moment’s walk. Highly recommend. "

"The hotel itself is well presented and stylish, with very good facilities and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by the restaurant and the level of service provided by the staff. During our meal, we were served a glass that had what can only be described as residue resembling snot on the side. When we brought this to the waitress’s attention, she simply took the glass away and poured the same water into a new glass. A more experienced staff member would have replaced both the glass and the water entirely. The situation worsened when we ordered a grilled chicken club Jakarta sandwich, but what arrived was a basic processed chicken toastie—something comparable to a quick grab-and-go item from a coffee chain. At that point, we chose to leave rather than wait longer for a correction, especially as the manager seemed confused about our complaint, despite it appearing we had been served the wrong dish. Overall, the restaurant and staff significantly tainted what could have been a great stay. Additionally, the hotel’s distance from the central train station made getting to and from the city inconvenient. The cost of Ubers quickly added up, and in hindsight, it would have been better to book a hotel closer to the centre."

"The hotel is 5min walk from Centraal, so perfect for jumping on the trams. There is also a subway entrance steps from the front of the hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. They gave recommendations and were very informative. The room was huge! It was so clean and smelled fresh not overly scented. The bed is on the harder side but still comfy. The closet space was superior. They do have AC, so perfect option for summer months. "
