Første ophold af mange

Fra vi ankom til vi tog afsted en uge senere, kan det familiedrevne Portokali Apartments, ikke roses nok. Stedet er drevet af to brødre og vi blev budt personlig og varmt velkommen af den ene bror, Manos, ved ankomst. Lejligheden var ren, pæn og havde hvad der skulle bruges; køleskab, tekøkken, service og el-kedel. Ligeledes med fuldt funktionelt AC. Det lignede fuldstændig de adviserede billeder ved booking. Servicen var Altid i top. Lige fra morgenmaden, som var glimrende og havde alt fra frisk frugt til lunt mad, til op ad dagen når man kom retur fra dagens ekskursioner og lejligheden var rengjort, til aftenen hvor man kunne tilbringe tid i den superhyggelige poolbar med signatur drinks og lokale specialiteter om lysten var der, eller bestille nogle snacks til værelset til utrolig favorable priser, som blev leveret personligt til døren. Renligheden, både i lejligheden, ved poolen og de andre fællesområder var tiptop, utrolig høj standard. Havde man brug for hjælp, vejledning, gode råd, stod personalet klar. Smilende, professionelle og hjælpsomme. De huskede alle gæsters navne og hilste altid personligt. Det var en udsøgt fornøjelse at bo her. Det er helt sikkert og vidst, vores næste tur til Kreta, bliver bookingen her. A+++ P.S. Man vænner sig til lyden af cikadernes "sang" (dB kan være ret høj og er solen oppe, er de vågne)

Das Bad war uralt, viel zu klein man konnte nichtmal die Tür ganz öffnen und der Zustand war naja. Wir wurden nicht sonderlich freundlich begrüßt und erstmal über alle do's and don't informiert. Wir waren nur für drei Nächte , einen kpl Urlaub wollte ich dort nich verbringen.

Conseillé aux allergiques des All-in-one et grands hôtels anonymes qui pullulent dans la région. Tenu par deux frêres, n’hésitez pas à leur demander conseil. 5 min. à pied des plages. Petit Bar Cool à côté de la piscine. Nombreux restaurants sympath le long des plages, bel accueil cuisine de qualité (éviter le Votsalakia, la plus mauvaise Moussaka jamais mangée de ma vie, un pavé insipide, assiette Grecque différente de ce qui figurait à la carte etc...). Sports nautiques, Aris Water Sport = super expérience, en deux cours ma fille a pu maîtriser le Wakeboard grâce à un prof. exceptionnel, coach en échecs (le jeu) hors saison d’été...

First experience in Crete

A good place to take a relaxing short break. Noteworthy is the swimming pool found in the price with the bar. Noteworthy is the Bar staff. The room was comfortable with air conditioning. For me the only one fails the shower of the rooms which was not the dimensions suitable for my size. I highly recommend it really good value for money ratio.

complesso molto carino

Il complesso è situato a circa 400 mt dal mare, in mezzo agli ulivi con un giardino curatissimo e una piscina pulitissima. Noi avevamo un appartamento che dava sul retro quindi molto silenzioso e tranquillo. I gestori sono molto disponibili e simpatici. La pulizia appartamento perfetta. L'angolo cucina essenziale con le cose basilari.

Excellent surroundings for peaceful holiday,pool and sunbeds really good.New comfortable beds and furniture but bathroom and balcony need some TLC! Basic kitchen for self catering.

Super godt hotel !

Portokali er et meget hyggeligt og roligt beliggende hotel. Ejerne og personalet er utroligt imødekommende og gæstfrie. Poolen og poolbaren giver lyst til at tage tidligt hjem fra stranden :-) Jeg vil meget gerne kommer her igen.

Hôtel accueillant !!!!

Un personnel, une famille adorable, l'hôtel est idéal pour se relaxer durant les vacances, proche de la plage et de la ville. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines en août 2016 et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner avec plaisir, pourquoi pas l'année prochaine d'ailleurs. Bonne continuation à eux ! ❤️
