"Absolutely fabulous. We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Everything was great and the hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will go back again."

"Everything was perfect. I would just recommend a few things for the hotel 1. Have water stations by pools. It's very hot and we shouldn't be waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get water 2. You need more staff around the bar if the hotel is busy. I shouldn't wait 15 mins to get a drink. 3. The water in the pools is very cold and wasn't too enjoyable. 4. There should be more beer options on the all inclusive menu 5. The restaurants in the hotel should be accepting guests based on empty spaces...

"Hotel was great, location is amazing as its close to everything. Food was average. Selective vegetarian options. Dining area gets full very quickly so you have to wait to be seated. Room service was good in terms of cleaning but make sure you lock up your valubles in a safe place as i found one of the cleaners in our room when DO NOT DISTURB SIGN WAS DISPLAYED. I did mention this to the reception and was apologised. Otherwise the hotel was a great stay. Had a very good room with a private...

"La struttura è molto bella, costituita da piccoli edifici inseriti in una vegetazione curata con moltissime palme e circondata da piscine; ha anche accesso diretto su un tratto di mare, generalmente un po' mosso, ma con mare e spiaggia puliti, attrezzati con ombrelloni e lettini e da cui si possono godere bei tramonti.
