Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would have liked the entertainment at the hotel to be more varied as it seemed to be geared towards children. The food at the hotel restaurants was not completely to our liking, but fortunately, there were many restaurants outside the property that were of a very good standard.

the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. the selection at the buffet for dinner was simple but good. they made a mistake with our reservation and so we didn‘t have a room the first night but they organized one in another hotel near by. they offered us dinner everyday for free as an excuse for that.

The room was not ready despite our late arrival. I had to make our daughter's bed and the AC in her room was not working properly. Overall, the management made up for the shortcomings but it was a bit of a drag. Great beach and friendly staff.

The hotel is nice and clean with some good restaurants and bars. The Lemongrass Asian restaurant is especially good for sushi. The staff are friendly. During our stay the majority of guests were either young families with small children or couples aged 60+ so there wasn’t much of an atmosphere. The spa is good, however the staff had a very “hard sell” approach when trying to get you to book treatments, which we felt slightly off putting. They also didn’t have a price list and seemed to make them up on the spot. The resort the hotel is situated in has a lot on offer though, and the beaches are great.

Hotel itself was in a good location but food was not the best. Same foods every day. Although the beach was supposedly to be relaxing and enjoyable , some guests were changing in front of the kids like it was a nude beach!

I found staff helpful & the beachside location very relaxing. Lots of sunbeds always free & several pools to use. Had 2 x 90 minute massages/facials in the spa. Both were excellent. My only gripe was the Grrek youguart at breakfast very gloopy/lumpy texture. When I've had this elsewhere in Greece its been a lovely smooth texture with more tangy taste.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer, dann aber doch wieder gleich bei den Pools zu sein, war perfekt. Der Strand war am Ende der Bucht, was für uns ein Traum war, da etwa 500 Meter entfernt, der Strand mit „tausend“ Liegen war. Hotelzimmer war angenehm groß, es war sauber, Standard Einrichtung, bequemes Bett (2EW, 16 und 11). Personal war immer sehr freundlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Geschäfte, Restaurant sind zur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir würden in dieser Gegend wieder in dieses Hotel reisen…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'hôtel. C'était très reposant et pourtant nous avons deux enfants en bas âge. Tout est organisé pour les familles. Notre fils qui est plutôt réservé demandait d'aller au kids club. Les piscines sont superbes. La vue incroyable. La nourriture délicieuse et le personnel fantastique.

Un hôtel exceptionnel, largement digne de ses 5 étoiles ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et il est difficile de trouver des points négatifs. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours serviable, à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Les installations sont de qualité et tout est fait pour que les clients passent un agréable moment. Le seul petit bémol concerne le stationnement, les places devant l’hôtel sont limitées et il peut être difficile de s’y garer. Heureusement, un parking en terre est disponible à seulement 2 minutes à pied, ce qui reste une bonne alternative. Enfin, un point à noter, qui ne dépend absolument pas de l’hôtel, est le comportement de certains vacanciers qui réservent un transat en y laissant leur serviette dès le matin sans l’utiliser pendant plusieurs heures, voire toute la journée. Cela peut rendre l’accès aux transats plus compliqué pour les autres clients. Si vous êtes de passage, n’hésitez pas une seconde à séjourner à l’Alexander Beach. Vous ne le regretterez pas !
