"Rooms were very clean and seem very new. Housekeeping does not come to the room to clean. You have to take out your own trash and go to the front desk to switch out towels and get other supplies like toilet paper. This was acceptable because of the good price. The only real complaint i had was that there were some sketchy guest that spent many hours hanging out in the parking lot, yelling, fighting and obstructing traffic. The police had to come one night because of the fighting. I was about to back out of the parking spot to go get a late evening snack and was surrounded by police. They figured out quickly that we weren't involved and went to the correct people, but it was still pretty scary."

"This is a budget hotel, so do not expect $150/night accommodations. If your expectations are realistic, you will likely be pleased with the clean rooms and facility, helpful staff, excellent location, and economic pricing. Some worry about the area not being safe. I walked to local restaurants and across the street to the local Maverick (like 7-11 for those of you not familiar with the chain) and was not worried. There are many homeless people on the streets of SLC, but they are much more likely to be victims of violence than perpetrators, and I was never even asked for money by the few homeless folks I saw when out and about."

"I absolutely love staying here the staff is wonderful the rooms are clean and they have a snack shop that also sells toiletries and I was so grateful they sold a phone charger because I had left mine at home .
