Es war für die beiden Nächte die wir gebucht hatten wunderbar, und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen für mehrere Nächte. Die Angebote im Hotel waren super auch der Spa Aufenthalt werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder in Angriff nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich nicht aufdringlich aber super Nett.

Vorab muss das gesamte Personal gelobt werden - alle sind überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben nach dem Motto - Welcome Home! Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut - man merkt die Regionalität! Die Kombination Buffet/Menü war genau richtig abgestimmt und die Auswahl sehr gut. Besonders der Mittags-"snack" muss erwähnt werden (Suppen, Salate, kleine Hauptspeisen sowie ein riesiges Nachspeisenbuffet) Beim Frühstück bleiben auch keine Wünsche offen - Gebäck sowie Auswahl sehr gut. (einzig im Vergleich mit dem Falkensteiner Schladming noch ein bisschen hinterher) - vorallem im Bereich Müsli ist uns das aufgefallen. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Dorfblick) war sehr groß und super sauber! Die einzig negativen Punkte waren der sehr sehr kleine Fernseher sowie die Beleuchtung im Zimmer. (relativ dunkel, kein Licht im Hauptraum auf der Decke) - da hätten wir uns mehr erwartet. Der SPA-Bereich (inkl. Sauna) ist super ausgestattet und vor allem der Außenpool hat uns sehr gefallen.(sehr groß, eigene Schwimmspur!) Wassertemperatur perfekt! Einzig könnten im Saunabereich frische Handtücher bereitgestellt werden (müssen immer bei der SPA-Rezeption geholt werde) Die gebuchte Massage (bei Stefanie) war einfach ein Traum und es wurde auf alle Umstände eingegangen. Vielen Dank! Laut Info bekommt das Hotel heuer im Frühjahr eine Renovierung - wir sind gespannt und freuen uns bereits auf einen neuerlichen Aufenthalt.

Mooi en luxe uitstraling, een goede SPA gedeelte mooi zwembad, luxe kamers, de bargedeelte was erg goed en de bediening erg tof, de middag eten was voor sport en healthy food, het avond eten was culineer echter was er van de 3 hoofd gerechten iets niet wat je lekker vind kon je helaas alleen iets van de kindermenu bestellen (dat was het enige min puntje)

Die Lage der Unterkunft zur Talstation ist hervorragend, der SPA Bereich sehr gepflegt. Lediglich Details im Zimmer wären verbesserungswürdig (Klopapierhalter völlig schief, Ablage in der Dusche wackelig, Brausekopf nicht fixierbar (abgenutzt))
