"Emmy at the front desk was awesome! Appreciated having great hours for breakfast and the pool / hot tub. "The Highway Side" had a lot of charm, and is a good distance below the actually highway. Nice grassy areas for the dogs to sniff. "

"The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a night when I checked in the next day due to flight delays because of bad weather. It’s a very outdated hotel the good thing is it’s right on the harbor and a Ruth Chris and McCormick’s is in the hotel. Would I book again??? Probably not "

"Beautiful Boutique Hotel on the eastern shore right over the Bay bridge great restaurant Little market that’s amazing nice spa and very pretty and accommodating hotel would highly recommend it! "

"It’s one of the few area hotels with a bar and restaurant. Staff was great. Room very clean and AC/HEATER was very quiet operating via thermostat. Bed was very comfortable and WiFi was bulletproof Breakfast must be paid for but parking is free. Would highly recommend."

"The pillows were too small, the rooms too hot, and the breakfast was not so apealing, and would it kill them to have fresh brewed coffee? Instant coffee packets are so gross and lazy. "

"Staff and management are very nice tentative. Room nice but loud refrigerator. Restaurant server and food were very good. This hotel does not provide free auto storage. Payment is $10/day. Not outrageous price, but a surprise to me considering it is airport hotel"
