This worked really well for me. Just a small walk from Bayswater tube, which in turn is a small walk from Queensway tube, meaning lots to choose from. Quiet street. Felt very safe at night. Note there's no elevator (at least in my wing), so if that's a dealbreaker, watch out, but it wasn't an issue ...
