The space was clean, spacious, quiet, and had lots of amenities. Close to The HEL airport, and was easy to check into. Quickly responded to my emails and had clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

先方のメール確認不足で深夜到着時に泊まれないというハプニングありました。こちらのコミュニケーション不足も否めませんが、ホテル側の対応にはがっかりしました。しかし後日オーナー側と話しをしたところ、半分は返金されたので、その対応については納得できると感じました。

Dirty floors entire apartment, slippery shower (my mom almost fell). no rug in the bathroom, smelly and very warm temperature, unable to air out due to closed balcony windows.
