"Kesgrave Hall is,a beautiful place.Unfortunately there was a few things that would of made us enjoy our stay more.The garden was lovely but it was a beautiful day and the only place we could sit to drink our delicious Apparrel Sprits and Dark and Stormy drinks were in the Smoking area it would of been nice to have somewhere more casual to sit and enjoy the ambience. "Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely. All requests of staff even when it came to children's food requests (difficult eaters) were fulfilled. No requests were too big. The afternoon tea was lovely and definitely...

"A stranger was given a keycard to our room and wandered in while my wife was changing. When I told reception about this very serious and potentially dangerous issue, she said "Well what do you expect me to do about it?""

"We thought we’d booked a room and were given a suite on two floors which was novel. The staff were great and the breakfast fine. Dinner was excellent although a little expensive although I may be poor of date. We didn’t have time to try the pool but it looked good. You do have to book a time slot. We would stay again but prefer a room in the main house."

"Had to change room due to faulty electrics. Our original room was the smallest room I've ever seen for a twin. At the end of the day it's an easyhotel so you get what you pay for. Staff lady was very helpful."
