"Firstly, it was lovely to stay in an independently owned hotel where the staff clearly have great pride in their hotel and ensuring that guests are happy with their stay. Everyone was charming and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the evening meal, although not an extensive menu, was freshly prepared and nicely presented. Amazing view from the bedroom we sat and enjoyed the view when the weather was rather unpredictable Good parking Food good standard, restaurant lacked character and atmosphere but the staff were excellent very friendly"

"We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."

"What a beautiful room with incredible views. Clean, comfortable with everything you need for a night away. All rooms are adjacent to the pub in a separate building. Opening French doors give a wonderful view. We ate at the pub and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back!"

"A one night stay plus breakfast. Good. No issues. Not that it was an issue for my stay but for future reference to consider permitting dogs. Maybe allocate some rooms for o/night stay with dogs. Wonderful countryside location. You advertise walks. Missing out on a key £ market!"
