"Stay was wonderful but there were a few issues with room. The hotel is located in the museum district. Perfect. Staff was excellent!!! Entry to hotel was somewhat difficult for anyone with any sizable luggage or with any mobility issues. Now the room was small but that is to be expected in Europe. However the serious lack of lighting was a huge issue. It made it difficult to navigate about the room or even pack suitcase. It was very inadequate. Also the area rug covering half the room was a tripping hazard. It looked like it was covering something unpleasant. "

"Quirky double bedroom with VERY comfortable bed, duvet and pillows and en-suite with powerful shower and wash basin unit in the bedroom. Check photos when you book so you know what the bedroom layout is like as may not suit guests with some mobility issues. iPad operated room with changing colour bathroom and various moods to choose from. Bedroom faced the main street on top floor so rooftop views. Could hear the trams below albeit very distant noise and not enough to disturb sleep. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I arrived late unexpectedly due to missing a connecting flight and was welcomed with a free hot drink, water and fruit. The next day after I checked out, again staff couldn’t be more helpful when I left my luggage there to wander around the centre for a few hours. Upon my return, again the staff assisted with offering various options to get to the airport, offering me a free hot drink etc. Good WiFi and clean room. Would stay again. "

"Great hotel - great bikes available for free, love the ambient lighting options in the room. Massive and very comfortable beds and loved the rainfall slower with perfect temperature control. All in all excellent. Could have done with some more obvious power sockets but not a big deal. "

"Absolutely incredible stay. The room with the canal view was so beautiful. So many walkable things nearby; dining, bar, clubs, cafes, souvenir stores. 10 min walk to the Palace center. Definitely retuning "
