"A jewel of a hotel. It’s like walking into an alternate world were everything is beautiful, polished, chic, happy and done with extreme taste. In top of everything, it is so strategically located. I had an Issue with a not very friendly staff clerk at arrival but the rest of the staff was beyond believe… friendly, attentive, professional and caring. Definitely my place to stay when in Amsterdam but next time, need to get a canal view for the full experience. "

"Hotel was clean and tidy and in a good position in the city. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Overall, very pleased with the stay at the hotel. One small issue was a broken toilet seat which was reported on Sunday but not fixed before we left on Wednesday. "
