"Worth the money! Great place to stay and staff are excellent. Would bring me water, TP, etc as soon as I asked. There is a laundry service next door, I had 3 items and some underwear which they washed on the same day for about 320 rupees. I was very pleased! The room was clean and spacious, the blinds were excellent and kept the room dark. A/C works even when you take the card and leave, so room stays cold. Hotel is on an excellent location, quiet and safe. Short taxi ride to sights downtown,...

"Wonderful service with a wonderful view (if you choose the sea view rooms). Restaurants are all superb with special recognition to the japanese, chinese and indian restaurants. A tour around the hotel is must in order to appreciate the grandeur and history of this iconic institution. Totally recommended"
