"It is sn old property in dire need of some fresh decorating. Especially the stair carpet which looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. It also smells in the narrow passageways. The toilets and showers needed cleaning. Staff were nice, polite and helpful."

Likewise, in the absence of wardrobes, options to hang clothes were limited; a few coat hooks on the walls would be a great improvement and take the pressure off the rack on the door.
