"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to others’ use."

"Cottage room was nice, clean bathroom. Staff lovely, especially in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, menu order & buffet. Lovely views of golf course. Great location for seeing the area. The spa area is poor. Really uninviting & needs a deep clean."
