The room was really nice and a good size, but there was only a few hangers to store clothes and no wardrobe so we couldn’t really unpack and the room started to feel quite messy. "What an excellent find this hotel was. Yes, its room only but - there is a (free) array of food and drink available 24 hours a day. Massive variety from noodle soups, to cakes and deserts, fruit and all sorts of Japanese surprises. A variety of alcohol, juices and hot drinks were also available as was a massive range of all sorts of toiletries that you could try. You could go to this hotel with merely a change of clothes and have everything you need (and more) The staff were lovely and helpful...

"Just a unique and wonderful experience at Balian resort. Located in a perfect area in Shinjuku, it’s close to everything but just far enough to be quiet. The staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. Rooftop terrace, garden for dining, all types of food and personal items for free. It was truly great! "

Kleine Zimmer wie es typisch für die meisten Hotels in Japan ist, aber der Service, die Sauberkeit und die Umgebung (alles gut zu Fuß oder schnell mit der U-Bahn erreichbar) und trotzdem ruhige Lage machen das kleine Zimmer zur Nebensache. Transfer unserer Koffer nach Osaka hat auch einwandfrei geklappt. Hotel ist zu empfehlen! "
