"This was a nice hotel for a quiet weekend in Kenosha. It's a 10 minute walk from the Metra station and minutes walking to several restaurants and bars. The restaurant was nice and the rooftop bar has great views. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"We stayed there from June 25-June 28. Not one time did they clean our room or bring us fresh towels. The one bed was a hot mess. Part of the frame was sticking out. The bed skirt was all ripped up. The light by the bed did not work. The light on the desk went out the morning we were leaving. The shower tub was not real clean. There was a broken shelf in the shower. The pool water was to cold to swim in."

"It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. "Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off."

"I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn as I prefer something a little more upscale. That said, the most staff was outstanding. Jennie, the front desk lady, in particular was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She always had a pleasant greeting and a smile on her face.
