Hotel murah di Hawley

"Clean room. Kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. No bowls for cereal. A/C unit was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. Had to call the answering service to get door code. Took about 15 minutes to get into the cabin. "

"My reservation included complimentary breakfast, which I specifically paid extra for; however, the hotel still attempted to charge me, so we ended up going elsewhere. I also inquired about switching to a room with two queen beds and was told none were available, but I was offered what was described as an “ideal rate” for another room for two nights. While we were at breakfast, I received a call from the hotel stating they had charged an additional $600 for one night, and the desk representative...

"Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise."

"Linens were nice. The room smelled of cigarettes. Neighbors were noisy. Bathroom was not well cleaned. The receptionist was kind."

"Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to...

"The room and building were dingy and felt unclean. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. The TV didn't work, the thermostat was wonky, the sofa was old and grubby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. "

"We would not stay here again. The elevator was broke, they are remodeling, the electric plugs in the bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast service was poor. Many of the selections were out. We were double charged for our room and the staff and check out couldn’t resolve the issue."

"Broken tiles in the restroom. Tub had spots that rust on them. The tv only gets one channel. We had to make sure the door would shut all the way because it would get stuck. The place needs a lot of repairs and improvements. $250 per night for all this issues!!!!!!?"

"The room was full of construction dust, uneven shower floor, toilet handle sticking with water running and breakfast was late on the weekend. Bed was really comfortable, lovely automatic blinds (but no instructions), TV size was good, nice cable services. "
