Came to Havelock North with little knowledge of the town. Te Mata lodge was clean, tidy and easily accommodated 2 adults and three kids (Yes Splash planet water park trip). I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. We requested a room change due to stairs, and even though they were full they really tried to accommodate our request. I just wish our coffee was restocked.
