"Its higher up in the hills, its far enough from the busy areas so its peacefull, all you hear is the chickens. Mountains look foggy and mysterious. Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town"

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly. One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". "The hotel has amazing view of the rice paddies. Customer service is excellent, friendly staff and food is great. The one thing we didn’t like was that housekeeping came in to tidy up our room after we came back from our dinner. They let down our mosquito net. Also, the net had dead ants in it. I didn’t expect them to tidy our room just after checking in. Plus, we didn’t ask to do that so that part was weird. Besides that, it was a lovely place to stay and relax!"
