"Beautiful property. Well maintained. Appreciated the nature walk and yoga sessions. The thermal pool was great. However very poor value for money. The Sri Lankan food was bland and the food left much to be desired for. Although the food was well presented the flavours were lacking. No menus options, very limited juice options, most things are chargeable. Nothing was really offered. Staff responded to requests but had to ask for everything. Was disappointed. "

"Do not deal with this lodge. We originally booked 2 nights. Due to terrible circumstances in Sri Lanka, we couldn’t make it on the first night due to flooding and access to the lodge. The next day, the lodge told us again not to go there as it was still not clear and unsafe. Therefore, I requested a refund like the day before because it wasn’t our choice not to visit, but the lodge. Since this, there has been no reply to emails or refund requests to explain. Terrible. "

"Worth it for the pool alone. Lovely staff. Good food. Its a trip to get there and only with good weather for the roads but once there its like the garden of eden with a banging infinity pool and views over sri lanka "

When we arrived, we were told no rooms were avaliable. They made arrangements with the hotel next door for us to stay. We didnt have time to look for another hotel so we accepted. "Nice clean room. Hot shower, soft bed, and a working mini fridge. Enjoyed the balcony, which faces the street. When I booked the room, I thought it said "mountain view" which is true, but a bit of a stretch. Restaurant is pretty good; staff are polite. Check-in was a bit rushed; otherwise, no problems."

"We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out everything was efficient, professional & very friendly. The staff were amazing & their service outstanding. Breakfast was delicious & served with a breath taking view!! After a long dusty day to be able to return to the Sky Pavillion for dinner was a welcomed delight.
