Clean hotel in a convenient location

This hotel is around 3 years old and maintained very well. Ample car parking available on the ground floor right below. Another parking area belonging to the hotel is also available just across the road which is only half full most of the time. Rooms, toilet and floors are squeaky clean. The air condition works very well. Half height fridge available in room. Just next door, between the main road and the hotel, there is a small food center with about 6 or 7 stalls and a small convenience store. Most of the food stalls provide a laminated page with pictures of the food they sell, making it easy to pick what you want, if you do not know Thai. As the hotel is located not far from the local university, there are other street vendors available within walking distance. Chalathat Beach is about 10 minutes drive by car or tuk-tuk. Staff at the hotel know some English and are very helpful and friendly. Internet speed was fairly good. Overall, a good choice if you want to stay a little away from the city center and value for money.

Pleasant, comfortable stay, but must improve

The staff spoke limited English but they went over and beyond our expectations to fulfill our requests. Google translate and some basic Thai will go a long way. Location is fantastic as there are 2 7-Elevens within walking distance and this made my sisters very happy. Parking is ample and secured. The gym was decent, good place to burn off the Thai calories. Housekeeping needs more training because there were days where the rooms were not cleaned, the mirrors were dirty upon arrival and nothing was done throughout our stay. Toilet constantly smells damp, likely due to the ventilation system. Toilet is small without shower curtains so bathroom is always drenched. Breakfast is absolute trash but the nearby 7E's come in handy. Would return.

Wsotel is real value for your money

This is a new place in a soi just off the main road, but it is quiet. It is quite new and so clean and tidy. Negatives were no hair dryer in the room and if you want t borrow one there is only 1!. It is a pity that they do not provide a safe as tourists don't want to carry passports etc everywhere. The room was spacious but the bed was as hard as a rock, very uncomfortable The breakfast was just OK if you do not want an asian bfast then there is toast with very gluey jam. Coffee was good, unusual for a hotel ! and the fruit was Banana.

Nice quiet place-2nd stay

Nice hotel, quiet. Only shortfall, many locals do not speak English and no money changer. Next to food court.
