Right in the middle of city within 650m to Lee Garden mall. Many walkable surrounding and eateries. Only setback is the property itself where aircon isn’t cold enough and sound proof is not so good. Overall acceptable for 2 to 3 days budget stay.

Located just a block north of the Lee Gardens night market, and therefore very walkable for food and shopping. There are two 7-Eleven convenience stores to the right and across the road.

Good location and clean spacious rooms.

We arrived a bit early but rooms were cleaned and ready for check in. Rooms are super spacious and clean. Friendly staff. One of the rooms had water leaking from the air conditioning, informed reception, quick to response to resolve issue. Good location as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a spacious room, very clean. But the bed mattress was quite hard to sleep. The sound proof also very bad, can hear people talking and walking at corridors. Overall stay was satisfied.

Location is good. Staff friendly. The tuktuk uncle outside the hotel is very nice and can help talk in Thai.This is my second time staying here. This hotel needs to refurbish, brighten room.

A very bad room I ever stayed.

The room we stayed in really needed renovation. The walls were mouldy, a very run down room. The blind drawn down at the toilet was broken, the painting looked horrible & scary. The mattresses of the bunk beds were super hard and thin. I would rate this room to be refurbished.

Everything is perfect, complimentary of mini bar is a plus point. if you are looking for a tour guide, please do not hesitate to look for the hotel driver.. we called him uncle. Uncle is very kind, helpful & cheerful person!

It's a rundown hotel!!! The sound proofing is terrible. Can hear people talking and walking outside the corridor door. Woke up multiple times from the closing of doors of other rooms... Breakfast comes in set.. taste okay...

Hotel was so so

Came early around 11am, requested for early check in but denied. But this is ok, because it’s the hotel policy. Room is big, but cleanliness can be improved. The shower did not have heaters and many requests were made at the reception. For the amount paid for the room, it is ok.

Run down but friendly service

Pictures must have been taken when first opened up. The place is run down. The quadruple room has no seperate sitting area like in description. It is basically two queen beds in a room. You can hear street noise all day and night. Pretty dirty hotel too.

Strategic Location

Searched around for a good hotel for our stay. Came across this hotel and it was wonderful. It is just walking distance to Kim Yong Market. In the middle between floating market and asean market. Room was big and comfortable. Front desk was friendly, check in was smooth.
