Great value and impressive property. Very comfortable room and bed. Friendly helpful staff. Only issue is no hotel restaurant and not many restaurants in walking distance. Would suggest that Hotel have a list of nearby restaurants for 'out of towners' to reference.

Room was very clean and good. Safe and quiet, but not too far from the town area. Staff is very polite and helpful. Noise insulation abit lacking on level 3 room, can hear the noise from the swimming pool. Lighting in the room would be better if able to turn on more lights to make it brighter if one requires.

Overall stay is average but it is a bit far away from the shopping area. Need to take the free tuk tuk out every 2 hours from the hotel. If u miss the time, u need book Grab to go to the town. My room card keeps giving me problem which I can't enter my room not 1 time but many times.

Mycket bra hotell, stora fina rum och fantastiskt trevlig personal! Ligger lite avsides men gratis skjuts nästan varje heltimme under dagen vart man vill inom 5 km! Sparsam frukost och poolen var trasig de första dagarna men överlag är vi jättenöjda!

It's our first time in Hat Yai and we enjoyed our stay! It's situated about 10-20 minutes away(depending on traffic) from the centre via grab. There's a halal steak place nearby. The hotel was clean and pleasing. Wished they had a hairdryer though because we couldn't find it. Floor of the bedroom was a little too slippery (perhaps due to the new tiles or wax) but overall it was a great stay. We would stay here again the next time!

Very polite and friendly staff and management. Slight improvement needed for the buffet breakfast especially during peak hour (food supply disrupted). Location is a bit off BUT transport is highly accessible. The hotel staff can help to arrange reliable transport at a very reasonable price. Overall, a great place to stay. Recommended!
