Very nice hotel

Very nice coffee, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice playcorner for kids in the lobby. All in all a very nice hotel. Both elevators stressed me out. Made in 1982 and they felt a bit wobbly. Obviously many agreed with us because a lot of people took the stairs, too. Even up to the fourth floor. But probably still safe - but taking the stairs is healthy anyway.

Fint hotel - men med 2 væsentlige problemer

Jeg boede på Statt Hässleholm, BW Signature Collection fra 13. til 16. juli. Hotellet ligger centralt og fremstår pænt og hyggeligt, hvilket gør det praktisk for at udforske byen. Desværre blev opholdet overskygget af to væsentlige problemer, der påvirkede komforten negativt. For det første er der ingen klar kommunikation om rengøringspolitikken. Der udføres ingen daglig rengøring, hvilket kun nævnes i en lille, overset note på værelsets tv-menu. Denne vigtige information bør fremgå tydeligt på hotellets hjemmeside og i særdeleshed på Hotels.com, ved check-in eller via skilte på værelserne for at undgå misforståelser. Selv når jeg anmodede om rengøring, som hotellet oplyser er muligt, blev det ikke gjort, hvilket gav en uhygiejnisk og skuffende oplevelse. For det andet mangler hotellet aircondition på både værelser og i fællesområder. Under mit ophold var det varmt og fraværet af klimakontrol gjorde det næsten ulideligt. De opstillede blæsere på værelser og gange gjorde desværre ingen mærkbar forskel. Et hotel i denne kategori bør have bedre faciliteter og klar information for at leve op til forventningerne. Jeg anbefaler forbedringer i både rengøring og klimakontrol for at sikre gæsternes komfort.
