Second, the hotel is quiet, beautifully decorated and everything you’d want for a stay in Switzerland. We enjoyed a suite with large tub, shower and the most amazing views of the Alps. "The property has 2 bldgs, a hotel and a guest house. We stayed in the guest house. Breakfast was in the Hey hotel. Staff was friendly, check in was quick. Spacious loft style room. Separate beds for 4 adults. Good breakfast options. Storage room available for luggage after check out."

"The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the train station, and offers spectacular views. However, the overall experience was not comfortable and the hotel is clearly in need of major upgrades. We got a double room on the top floor, but it lacked basic amenities like air conditioning. The windows were very small for viewing. Small room with bed had no air conditioning and even windows could not be opened, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. We ended up sweating through the sleep. When we raised this with the front desk, we were given a small portable fan, which was both noisy and ineffective. The bed was not comfortable, and the sofa in the lower level was worn and torn. The room itself felt like a converted attic, with very low ceilings on the upper level that required constant caution to avoid hitting our heads. Although we only stayed for one night, the price was quite high, and we expected much better value. At a minimum, a comfortable bed and proper climate control should be standard. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly, and the views are breathtaking—but the property urgently needs significant upgrades to justify its pricing."

"The rooms and bathrooms have been nicely upgraded and are clean. The views are ectraordinary. Breakfast is excellent. The reception area, hallways and stairways are dark and tired looking. There is sometimes a lot of loud partying on the streets late at night outside and this can make it difficult to sleep."
