"This is one of my go to places in Gorham. It’s clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and only a short drive to Mt Washington, skiing, and hiking."

"We have four children(14,8,4,2) ... We have waited until NOW to attempt a hotel stay with our two youngest. This weekend went very smoothly thanks to the awesome and accommodating staff ! The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . Very thankful and we will be returning again soon"

"We stayed 4 nights. We did not recieve any room service, at all. They use a text for service system, and though i texted for service and towels, daily, we got no service and needed to ask for clean towels, nightly. We had to ask for an industrial trash bag to put all if the trash from the week into it, since we did not recieve service. There was also a very large mound of towels in the bathroom, as we are a family if 4 whom showered each day, but due to having no service, dirty towels never got...

So glad it is increasing and popularity and as we left today, they were grooming the trails and people were pulling in the parking lot to do some spring skiing. Simply amazing amazing!"

"The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding to my requests. The room I had was above average, but many of the electrical outlets were not working, nor was the room phone. Stayed an extra night before leaving and found the pool/hot tub building closed much earlier than what was posted."
