"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "The house is very spacious and comfortable. The house is well equipped everything you need. Car parking is at the rear of the property but only a short walk to the front door. I would recommend. "

They attended to fix the bed's leg but the dirty linnens on pillows and sheets were not changed. Blood patches and long body hairs on the bedsheet where children were sleeping. "

"A wonderfully presented, clean and comfortable stay was had at The Railway cottage. The facilites were very good and extra touches such as blackout material avaliable to use was very useful in a heat wave. The cottage is in a good location for travelling to tourist spots. We found the matresses uncomfortable as they are very soft but this is just personal preference.
