"Horrible service. Room wasn’t cleaned. Asked 6 times throughout the day. They even sent a cleaning crew up who came to the door and told us they were cleaning our room next. We waited in the lobby and killed a chunk of the afternoon. It was raining so we were just trying to relax. Got back to the room and it was still not cleaned. The a man came by before we went to dinner to clean it. All he did was put sheets on the bed. They told us since we booked through Expedia that they cannot refund me...

"Beautiful hotel, great location. The room was very spacious, with nice and elegant details that make it a perfect place. The staff was very courteous. We had the opportunity to enjoy live music at night on the hotel during our stay."

"The TV and the internet were issues for more than one room. Smell was musty. Bed was a metal frame with a hard mattress...an inflatable would have been more comfortable. Almost walked out, but was just too tired."

"I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

"They tried hard. The heating system was working but noisy. The shower was fine, but you couldn’t take a bath."

"We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room.
