"Check in process was quite slow and staff not really happy to help. The room was quite old and not maintained. Towels are not clean. The elevator is quite slow, so please plan your check out well. However. It's walking distance to Hextar world mall which convenient."

"Huge building with lots of guest. Well run, planet of lifts, good location, nice room, a chance to walk some clothes while travelling. Easy walk to everything, great views of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was crap, bland, unappetising and repetitive, we eventually went out for breakfast in a nearby mall. That apart, good stay! Check out the view from our room!"

"The attitude of The reception on front desk was very bad . Plus They kept me waiting for long time then they couldn't find the key so they change the room which it take almost 70 minutes The cleaning should be requested daily Tower A is much better than tower B"

"It is a private property, I did not expect that there isn't any reception. The security would not help you to get into the apartment. You need to contact the owner. They are trying to be nice and helpful. The property is relatively modern, well maintained, nice and safe for family trip or a group of people."
