"This place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Key West!! From the warm welcome to the ease of checkout, every little detail was very well thought out and truly accommodating. This was probably one of the cleanest and neatest places that we stayed during our ten day venture south. The pool and hot tub right outside our villa door was an added plus: ) The location is also excellent. It is approximately 50 feet from Duval Street which was quite active during the day but still quiet at night. ...

"The rooms were spacious and very clean. The mimi bar was stocked ver well. The pool area was beautiful and the pools themselves were perfect. Such a nice cozy place to relax after the madness of Key West. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. "

"No matter how much I wanted (and tried) to like this place, the fact that the staff knew our a/c was broke was extremely disappointing. That room cost us over $800 for one night! The lady that checked us in should have said something, given us options for another room, or even let us decide to go elsewhere. But no, they all kept silent and made us suffer. Do you know how miserable we were the entire night without air? In Key West of all places! It was hot! Very hot!!! We barely got any sleep...

"Property was cozy and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. I will say the room is very small so do not pack bulky items. There are some nearby restaurants, and nothing is too far away to get to. Only real improvement I'd suggest is the continental breakfast offering. Very minimal options, no eggs or hot food, nor were there any fresh fruit. "

Pool bar was a complete joke-(close at 6 pm, no food, no entertainment, no social gathering whatsoever) After a busy day with the kids- coming back to a “resort “ that has food, cocktails, a lil music, and good conversations while kids swim until hitting the sack- that’s how to end the day. None of that happening here. I’ll trade the fancy room for a place that has better amenities "
