Great stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Harriman, Tennessee. The bed and abundance of pillows were very comfortable. The only downside was our room being toward the front of the building, we could hear a train pass through at various times, and as a light sleeper it woke me up each time. Thankfully, the comfortable bed made it easy to get back to rest. The front desk attendant was very informative about the area and made solid recommendations for nearby activities. Overall, a pleasant, CLEAN, and cozy stay.

Clean facility and friendly competent staff. The only negative was the breakfast food. At 8:50am the egg container was 90% empty and appeared to have been sitting over heat for quite some time with what was left very dried out. I did not observe anyone maintaining the food. Room was good. Trains across the highway are frequent but not noisy enough to keep you awake.

While the breakfast service was good, the room was not so much: - Ladybug infestation (both dead and alive) - Saging mattress - Sagging bottom of tub (the bottom of the tub was actually bent concave) - No place to hang towels (hand or bath) - No place to store laundry, other than hanging in the closet - Chair squeaked - Toilet lever had to be held down for a couple of seconds to get a real flush. The hotel staff was friendly, and I had no concerns about safety or the quality of the inn itself, but the room had some issues.
