"Property is under repair work which I would expect due to its age , but they didn’t start until about 10 am and finished around 6. Breakfast was hot and had a wide variety"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Skeabost! The bartender, check in staff and wait staff were all very friendly! The view is magnificent and we walked all around the property after breakfast. Babbling brook, abandoned medieval ruins and a 9 hole golf course that is no longer in use. We loved our stay!"

"I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked. "Well located within city center walking distance. Staff was prompt and friendly. Our room was noisy as the head of the bed was on the wall adjacent to the entrance. Each visit by a guest to their room caused the head board to shake and make a clunking sound. The private driveway from the street was long and had 5- 7 serious chuckholes that were 6-10 inches deep and 1-2 feet across. Most cars had significant mud on their sides avoiding them."

"Wonderful place, wonderful people. The staff was so friendly and helpful, as were the other guests. The kitchen and common living space were especially spacious and humongously homey. The only downside was that the road near the close-by fairy pools was filled (unfilled?) with potholes- which really has nothing to do with the hostel and I don’t need to note that in this review. 10/10, I’ll definitely be staying here again next I visit Skye- which is ASAFP (As Soon As Financially Possible)."
