Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa – Adults only (+18)
8/10 Good
"Overall a good experience, however it’s not the same standard of property that we have experienced elsewhere at 5 star all inclusive resorts. We were standard all inclusive which was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend the Preferred upgrade as you get the same room, just a separate pool area, which uses the exact same sun beds as the rest of the resort, which are fine but nothing special."
"Room and hotel was clean, the all inclusive was basic, food lacked any quality. I'd rather pay more money and have better quality food. The pool bar you had to buy a plastic glass, and if you wanted a fresh pool towel had to pay two euro.
However, for the money I would consider staying with the kids again. Just feel the property could do so much better with some investment in the upkeep of the hotel."
"We had a great time at this hotel. Gemma the Guest Experience Manager was particularly helpful in making our stay extra magical. The food was really nice, good facilities and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony!"
"Great hotel, pools were good and never not too busy to not have a bed. Bars busy but never felt overly busy given the size of the hotel. Only downside was the food, was similar every night and was ok/average. Better food options available close to the hotel."
"General was very nice time. Especially good food, big swimming pool, friendly staff. Minuses: no drink, even water for dinner (HB). Is SPA but even fora sauna you have pay.
Generally speaking it was a good time, I enjoyed."
"Slightly on the edge of Costa Teguise - about 20/25 mins walk to main square.
Good facilities, spacious apartment, plenty sunbeds. Excellent, varied breakfast."
