"The staff were helpful, the room was clean, warm (to the point of warm/hot), was very conveinent being so close the the station, city. Our room was 147 Urban basic, but away from the railway lines and the road infront was quiet as it was sort of pedestrianise, so not car busy. They allow 'left luggage' for free (and will not dispose of items if left for 7 days), which means on your last day you can come back after checkout to collect and go to the station."

"The Hotel is situated in an ideal position to walk to the Dom the City Centre and the waterfront (we visited for the Xmas Markets and it was easy to get to all 8), Staff were very courteous and the breakfast was excellent.
