A beautiful hotel, but lifts not really working, work on the property started at 7.30am and there was no shower gel. Breakfast was good and the ambiance of the place is also very nice. I think they were having renovations, so once these are complete it will be very nice.

Das Hotel wurde nach dem Hochwasser im Erdgeschoss und ersten Stock anscheinend vollständig renoviert. Es sieht fantastisch aus. Der Badebereich mit einem großen Pool ist für uns perfekt gewesen. Frühstück war super lecker. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und sehr wohnlich. Wie man sieht, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Eingangsbereich, Bar's und Wellness-Bereich wurden komplett erneuert & sind demnach super schön! Was leider ein Minuspunkt ist, sind die völlig überteuerten Parkplätze mit rund 30€ am Tag. Das erwarte ich als inclusive bei solch einem Hotel.

Service im Hotel war gut, exzellentes Frühstück. Bei einer Zimmerreinigung gehört auch der Balkon dazu. Auch wenn immer noch rege Bautätigkeit in Bad Neuenahr herrscht, könnte der Balkon von Zimmer 150 wöchentlich eine Reinigung vertragen. Im Bad ist der Seifenspender am Waschbecken mit Panzerband befestigt. Hier sollte die Haustechnik Abhilfe schaffen. Die Minibar war nicht gefüllt und somit hat die Kühlkombination nur Energie verschwendet. Sehr netter Service im Bistro Oro mit annehmbaren Preisen für Speisen und Getränke. Das hoteleigenen Parkplätze empfinde ich überteuert. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen

Sehr gut, aber ein klein wenig mehr erwartet.

Ich war zwei Tage für eine Hochzeit im Steigenberger Bad Neuenahr. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber mit kleinen Schwächen. Das Personal beim Check-in war super freundlich und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Habe sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und das Bett ultra bequem, wollte gar nicht mehr raus. Zwei Kritikpunkte gibt es aber, die den Aufenthalt nicht ganz perfekt machen. 1. Hätte ich an der Hotelbar bessere Drinks erwartet, vor allem bei den dem Anspruch entsprechenden Preisen. 2. War die Experience beim Frühstück nicht ganz das, was ich beim Namen Steigenberger erwarten würde. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, ging es beim Frühstück leider zu, wie in einigen AI-Urlaubshotels, alles sehr hektisch und irgendwie nicht entspannt. Kann aber auch daran gelegen haben, dass wir zur absoluten Stoßzeit dort waren. Dazu kamen kleinere Unzulänglichkeiten u.a. gab es an einer Station Nürnberger Würstchen, allerdings weit und breit keinen Senf, wenn man den dazu wollte. An einer zweiten Station, gab es zwar Senf, aber dieser stand, wie in den vorher erwähnten AI-Hotels einfach in einem offen Glas neben dem Buffet wie beim Camping, allerdings fehlte ein Löffel, um den Senf auf den Teller zu bekommen. Es gab zwar Löffel, aber diese waren für das Senfglas zu groß. Ich weiß meckern auf (sehr) hohem Niveau, aber so etwas hätte ich wie gesagt in einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie nicht erwartet.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und man konnte ebenfalls Eierspeisen bestellen. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und es gab auch ein Kissenmenü.

Sehr gute Lage, super Frühstück - Verhalten und Freundlichkeit des Personals der Rezeption stark verbesserungsbedürftig. Vom Ton her eher arrogant - aber nicht nur gegenüber uns, sondern allgemein gegenüber allen Gästen - teilweise überforderten und einen durchweg gestressten Eindruck gemacht. Unser Zimmer war nicht gereinigt (Haare in der Dusche, angebrochene Getränke im Kühlschrank). Der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde war unprofessionell.

Das Zimmer, das Bad und auch das Bett war sehr klein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage. Daher empfinde ich den Preis für die Unterkunft als zu hoch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch waren zu viele Menschen im Frühstücksbereich. Am Büfett war es daher zu voll.

Super Hotel im Herzen von Bad Neuenahr. Schöner Saunabereich und schöner Pool. Wir haben uns allerdings im Aussenbereich des Pools ausgesperrt und kamen nicht mehr rein. Durch eine Bautür ging es raus und ich bin im Bademantel einmal komplett ums Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Frühstück top
