"Room was clean bar was great and restaurant we ate breakfast there and order appetizers at pool bar.nice place beach pool and bar on property.Also can walk to town Seen fireworks show right from bar"

"Check in was a breeze. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub. One must realize that this property as well as most of the lakeside motels are old. The room had knotty pine walls and big beams. Great old fashioned vibe. There was a nice closet and some built in drawers as well as a dresser. The room was very clean and the bathroom clean as well. The jacuzzi worked great. This is a larger property with multiple buildings. Motel style, you can park right in front of your room. Our building was nearest to the swimming pool which is enclosed in a glass structure. We were in there for hours. The location is at the North end of the strip and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and have zero complaints."

"Our room was clean and a cool breeze at night allowed us to leave most of our windows open to enjoy the fresh air. The room felt more spacious due to an A-frame type roof. A few things we would recommend are a ceiling fan, an extra table next to the bed, more outlets near the headboard for those using necessary electrical devices, and a light above the refrigerator. The bathroom was adequate, but it was a bit of a struggle showering in the small space, a small shelf for shampoo and conditioner would help guests, and it was somewhat difficult adjusting the water temperature. There was a small shelf for toiletries below the window. Two more hooks on the bathroom door for towels to dry would be very helpful, and grab bar/s for older guests to assist getting up off the toilet in the small confines should be a must. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at the Amber Lanteen again. Our host was extremely helpful and kind. The property offered multiple game and play areas for both children and adults in addition the the swimming pool."

"It was perfect for our needs for this stay. There really are no amenities, but all we needed was a clean place to crash.The room was clean, bed was clean and comfy and most importantly the AC was quiet and worked great!!!"

"Beautiful spot, right on lake with some options for use of kayaks, paddleboards. Nice pool as well. Rooms were very clean, if a little dated, but our suite was large and accommodated us well. Staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Would come back!"
