My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!

Good location

It's an old design hotel. But generally clean and bed is comfortable, best part is hotel just right beside Wanda mall, you get your coffee and meals fixed easily. There is also a huge supermarket in Wanda. MRT station is walkable.

Very nice hotel at a superb price! My husband and I travelled from Chicago. Stayed here for 8 nights. Staff was very friendly and service oriented. It was also situated at an excellent location. We rode the subway to all of the major attractions in the city and north of the river. Across the street from the hotel is a large park lined with old trees providing a good outdoor light exercise environment when we didn't want to go far. Our only suggedtion for the hotel is to add ice machines accessible to guests. We had to ask front desk to bring ice to our room whenever we needed it (free of charge). Other than than this very minor 'flaw', everything was perfect. Thank you -Sofitel in Harbin - for providing us with a wonderful stay experience! We will hopefully see you again soon :)

완다 플라자 옆에있어서 일박했는데 역시 플라자안엔 없는게 없습니다. 목표에 맞는 위치라 딱이였고, 지하철보단 택시추천합니다. 직원분 친절하셨고, 객실 깨끗했는데 화장실문이 쫌 뻑뻒해서 아쉬웠어요 에어컨 잘되고, 객실 분위기가 가구도 많고 방같은 기분도 들었어요 시내전망였는데 앞에 아파트만보이는 거주지뷰였고 호텔 길건너서 큰 공원있어서 아침산책하기 좋은위치

11th floor supposed to be a non smoking floor and our room 1116 was smell of smoke and we discovered that there were ashes that the chamber maid didn't clear away, it could have been done better. Breakfast offering was average. However they have a mall next door, offering better food and a park across the road, was lovely covered with snow now (20-26 Dec). We had fun at the park.

Quite area in the night, but we can access to central street by public bus #103 (It takes 10 min on foot for the nearest bus stop for #103). If you go to airport by taxi in the morning on weekday, I recommend you to have some spare time, because of trafic jam.

Beautiful hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was that it was unseasonably warm while we were there and the air conditioning had been turned off for the season, room got very warm.

A welcoming place to stay

The staff made our stay extra special. From all the ladies at the front desk, to the concierge staff (especially Giulio), they went the extra mile to ensure our visit to Harbin included a comfortable place to stay. The pillow menu, breakfast buffet and pool were out favorites. On the downside, the rooms are looking a bit worn, and the breakfast buffet could stay open at least til 10:30 (rather than 10). It would be nice to have a lane in the pool for non-lap swimmers as well.

Great Harbin hotel!

Great place to stay! This is not near the "downtown" area, but still has a lot to offer within walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful!
