Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Fantastic staff. Couldn’t do enough to help. Even put credit on my phone from their personal bank account so I could phone the airline in the U.K. to chase a lost bag. What a fantastic example of excellent customer service

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel
Staff were helpful and place was clean. Nice quiet room as it is located on an alley. Beds, like all over Asia were hard but like I said, that. Seems to be the case all over Asia. Nice location. Very walkable.

We had such an amazing stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi
Perfect location in the old quarter, beautiful bed and bedding, super quiet, great breakfasts and lovely rooftop bar and amazing staff. And it felt contemporary, cozy and Vietnamese all at once. Couldn’t ask for more.
