Great location and amenities. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had and the staff were always so friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool and bar were a stand out for us too

Meritel Hanoi
Everything was fine overall, except there was construction noise at night behind the hotel. The staff kindly upgraded us to a quieter, superior room. Make sure to request a room that does not face the construction area.
