"The property was nice, but Travelocity states that they are pet friendly and that is not accurate, I made the mistake of showing up with my dog, without contacting them in advance (something that I have done many times at hotels that advertise as pet friendly and it has never been a problem) and the room I was in was not a dog room. "Unbelievable experience!! Loved everything about this castle… if you want to stay in a 750+ year old castle with unbelievable staff, stay here! Restaurant was great, food amazing… Ano (not sure if I spelled it right) and his wife (and staff) were unbelievably accommodating. Highly recommend staying here! Definitely worth the trip and money… can’t wait to come back!"
